Doug was born and raised in Springfield. He graduated from SHS in1978, served in the Air National Guard & attended OSU. On a motorcyle trip out to San Diego he decided to stay, the beaches & bikinis got him.
Doug was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. He worked his way from various jobs in life to mowing grass and shoveling snow to busboy, a carpenter’s helper, a bagger at a grocery store to meat cutter. But took a job selling cars to find his niche. He sold cars and enjoyed helping people improve their lives. He went on to enjoy a successful sales career for over 30 years in California. He worked for Rolls Royce and Bentley Motorcars for 13 years. He was recognized as the Number 1 Salesman in the World for Rolls Royce. Doug has stood toe to toe with two Presidents and a man who walked on the Moon! And has now set out to provide the same high level of expertise and service that he had used before!
Doug lives in Springfield now with his wife Luktan and dog Penny. Doug has two grown children and 5 grandchildren. The oldest grandson is a US Marine! Doug absolutely aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
October 2022, Doug’s daughter KD Nave and granddaughter Madison Justice has joined Doug to form the “Nave Home Team”. Together they are out to make their clients dreams come true. Their motto is “Local Realtors, ready when you are!”
